Join Emilee Hall on Monday evenings for a combination of Gentle Restorative yoga and a mixed flow. Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Perfect for beginner to any level. Bring yoga mat and water bottle. All ages welcome.
